For a Manufacturer of Video Technology products desiring to more rapidly grow its business and stabilize its income stream, created a business diversity strategy to increase revenue and build a recurring stream of income leveraging client’s core product designs and software capabilities. This comprehensive SaaS strategy included a direct to customer integrated service offering utilizing its core technology resulting in rapid revenue growth and built a long-term recurring revenue backlog.

For an Electronic Products Manufacturer, successfully built a diverse and cohesive 104 patent portfolio protecting their investment in IoT products and services including User Interactive Interface with HVAC, Lighting, Security devices, Cloud based Monitoring and Control, Mobile IoT, Geo-Location, and Predictive Analytics. Attracted multiple Non-Practicing Entities (“NPE”) to further monetize patent portfolio.

For a Fortune 100 Electronics Manufacturer planning to introduce consumer residential IoT products and services to cable MSOs, Telcos and Wireless Carriers for resale, reviewed products and services developed, met with target customers to determine requirements and feasibility, and recommended improvements. Assisted client produce the addition of a Broadband Gateway component, design and implement a cloud based Broadband Portal, and, design and implement an interactive mobile application. Assisted client to introduce the reimagined product and service package to cable MSOs, Telcos and Wireless Carriers.

For a major Regional Telco, designed and implemented an Elder/Senior Home Healthcare system and portal application to be used as the core of their National product roll-out. This solution included safety and security sensor interface, patient quality of life controls, remote patient monitoring, telehealth, and status alerts.

For a large Hospital System wanting to enhance the patient services, designed an interactive video-on-demand system, including video entertainment content, patient education, nurse alert and menu ordering and located and negotiated a contract with a qualified hospital service integrator to provide the system.

For a Major Hotel Brand operator/franchisor, developed an advertiser supported interactive in-room amenities solution (digital adverting) and identified and negotiated a contract with a strategic partner to implement the system in all their hotel properties.

For a Manufacturer of products into the hospitality market that desired to increase revenue and profitability, analyzed the market, sales organization and sales channels. A plan was delivered and implemented which revised pricing, restructured the sales organization and sales channels. The result was that sales doubled over prior periods, backlog tripled, a recurring income stream was offered, and net profits increased 155.6% over the prior period.

For a Major Telecommunications Design, Engineering and Construction Company desiring to penetrate the commercial building market, conducted a market needs analysis identify the requirement that would address the need for owners of commercial office buildings to differentiate their properties from others. Prepared the business plan and assist the client’s successful launch of an enhanced (Smart Building) communications service business winning contracts for provision of voice, data, equipment and other communications services in over 10 million ft2 of office space.
